The hotel will serve signature Bengali food such as Holud Piaz ar Kancha Lonka Kucho Chingri ar Shaag (Prawn with Spinach), Murgi Posto (Chicken), Katla Poidi (Fish), Tangra style noodle, Himali cha cha influenced Chicken curry (Bangkok) and more.

At Onyx, the hotel will be offering a feast of traditional rural Bengali food with fresh local produce. There will be dishes such as Pathar Mangsho (Mutton), Kosha Chorchori Sorsae Posto diye and more.
