One of Kolkata’s finest North Indian cuisine restaurant Sanjha Chulha completes 15 years of amazing hospitality. What started off as a small outlet in EM Bypass in the autumn of 2002 has now completed an eventful journey of serving the city’s foodies with its delicious Kebabs, Tandoori Chicken and much more.

Sanjha Chulha is reputed for serving amazing North Indian cuisine. “It’s an incredible feeling to celebrate this achievement. We are proud of our team and the people whose support brought us so far in our culinary journey,” said its two founding partners Asif Ahmed and Anup Mehrotra. On being asked by Blackboard, what is their biggest achievement in these 15 years, they said: “Completing a decade and a half is in itself a huge achievement. However, in these last 15 years, we were fortunate to have received immense love and support of our patrons who liked our food and kept coming back here time and again.”

Most of the restaurant’s founding staffs continue to work here, completing 15 years of their own respective journey with this outlet. “Our North Indian food remains the top favourite amongst our patrons. Our restaurant is known for its Kebabs. From the starters to the main course to the desserts, our flagship dishes have never failed to amaze our customers,” said executive chefs Md. Shamsuddin and Md. Maqsood.

“It’s our quality that we value the most. Our product is exceptional and that’s what matters the most to us,” said the founders. On the evolving taste buds of the city’s foodies, they said: “On popular demand, we later on added Chinese cuisine to our menu. Though till date, our strength continues to be North Indian cuisine.”

The restaurant has been serving its ‘Special 15’ menu as part of its celebrations. Don’t miss to take a bite of the following dishes: Tandoori Chicken, Murg Malai Kebab, Murg Tikka Kebab, Chicken Geelafi Seekh Kebaba, Mutton Jalandhari Seekh Kebab, Chutney Paneer Tikka, Bharwaan Aloo, Butter Chicken, Chicken Bharta, Mutton Keema Matar, Paneer Butter Masala, Palak Paneer, Gosht Roganjosh, Pindi Chana and Vegetable Jhaal Fareezi.

These Special 15 will be available at a special price of Rs. 200 (plus GST) per plate from November 5 to 30, 2017.
