If the entire world is like a canvas, Rajasthan would be the most colourful and vivacious spot in it. Rani Padmavati’s Palace, Chittorgarh Fort is one of the most offbeat and underrated touristy places in Rajasthan. But not anymore!

Rani Padmavati’s Palace, Chittorgarh Fort is in news recently in India and elsewhere for all the wrong reasons. The film ‘Padmavati’ to be released by Hindi filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali starring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are at the centre of a huge controversy regarding depiction of love scenes between Rani Padmavati and King Allaudin Khalji who was smitten by Rani Padmavati’s beauty and went on to invade Chittorgarh Fort to capture her.

However, Chittorgarh Fort which houses the Rani’s Palace is an immensely intriguing place. It’s a rich visual drama. The Fort is magical and it’s a must visit for any tourists or traveler.
